Yes, we do require reservations to hold your spot on our calendar. Please fill out the request form located at the bottom of our homepage, linked HERE. We will ensure that we have the availability to schedule your event on our calendar. Once we confirm your date we will provide you with a quote/invoice to decorate your event.
When we receive the completed form from you, we will send over a quote to decorate your event. You do have the option to pay the full invoice upfront. Otherwise, we will accept a deposit of 50% of your quoted price to save your date.
Yes, the standard delivery is $75.00 for local delivery. Please check with us to see if we deliver to your zip code.
No, we do not need anyone home to drop off your delivery. You can provide us with a specific location to place your balloon decor and we will deliver your balloons according to your instructions.
The Balloon Lady is a delivery service only at this time.
Yes! We have the ability to create almost anything your heart desires. We have years of expertise making our clients' vision for their events come true. The Balloon Lady’s unofficial motto is THE SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT for your special event!
Yes, almost all of our products require us to return, teardown and clean up after the event. Some of our wonderful creations are built on frames. The frames are considered a rental property and we will need to pick them up after your scheduled event time.
The expected float time for our helium balloons is 8-10 hours not treated or 24 hours plus if treated. Our air filled balloon structures can last up to 2 weeks or more. There are some things out of our control that can affect the outcome such as the: weather/wind, kids playing with the balloons and curious adults. The Balloon Lady cannot be held responsible or required to return and replace damaged decorations for damage that was done by any of the above mentioned instances.
Cancellation and Postponement: In the event that the client cancels or postpones any installations, and/or décor within one week of the event the deposit will not be refunded. A credit/refund will be issued in the amount of the remaining paid in full balance. The deposit can be applied to any future event for up to one year from the initial event date. Unforeseen events
may be discussed with the owner with no guarantee of refund.
